We are a busy family of six. We enjoy spending time with our family and friends.
2017
2800+ sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, multilevel, wide-open floor plan.
We have dreamed of building our home for at least ten years. During those years, we had lots of time to shop builders, and we literally visited and talked with every one of them. When we came across Diyanni, we were immediately drawn to their floor plans and craftsman/farmhouse style. We were hesitant to contact Diyanni because of the word “custom.” Custom to us meant $$$. However, after looking at all the features we were considering from other builders and the pain of hearing that each thing we wanted was an “upgrade,” we decided to give Diyanni a call. After reviewing the standard features with Diyanni and the immediate connection we had with Carolyn, we knew that Diyanni was the right choice for us. We took advantage and attended a few of Diyanni’s open houses and fell in love with the quality and craftsmanship.
The process was practically seamless for us. We were sent weekly updates about the status of our project, and any questions or concerns we had were met immediately. The contractors were personable, and we never felt like we were in the way or an intrusion when popping in on our build site. We always felt like we were kept in the loop.
We were really expecting a “catch” throughout the process. It all seemed too good to be true. We can honestly tell you that there was no catch, even down to the lender that Diyanni recommended and the title company we used. Even though we consider this our forever home, we’d do it all over again if we had to!
No regrets! We don’t even regret all the shopping around and time that was spent talking to other builders. We know we made the right choice, and we hope by sharing our experience, you will feel confident in building with DiYanni as well.
No surprises at all!
For the most part, we stuck with the floor plan that Diyanni already designed, which is a multilevel. We made some changes to the main floor of our home to create a wide-open layout. It easy to cook dinner or do some laundry while the kids are scattered throughout the house. So whether the kids are in their room listening to music, playing video games in the rec. room, or doing homework at the massive kitchen island…it’s so easy keep an eye on what’s going on with the family. With the master being on its own level, we feel like we have a retreat to unwind and relax. It has changed the way we function as a family, for the better!
Above and beyond our expectations! Our former home was a 100-year-old farmhouse, and we were able to get the same character, if not more, with what Diyanni considers standard. Diyanni offered doors and trim that match what we loved so much about our old home.
Don’t let the word “custom” fool you into thinking you can’t afford it. Every builder should be custom!
Absolutely. We have already referred several friends.
We saw several Diyanni signs going up in the area where we were planning to build.
