Meet Our Owners, Ray and Phil Diyanni

The Diyanni family started their company in 1979 as a construction company called 5-Brothers. The brothers enjoyed working together and wanted to continue the trade they learned from their father. In addition to teaching his construction skills, their father ingrained in them the biblical principles of honesty, integrity, and respect. These values are still at the core of who we are as a company today. They are the foundation of our “Diyanni Difference”.

In the 1980s, they began building new homes in the Central Ohio area and became known as “Diyanni Homes”. The brothers worked together building one home at a time from the ground up. A strong work ethic and being quality-driven were keys to their early success.

During the 1990s, they began developing communities and building model homes around central Ohio. They built several homes in the Parade of Homes, earning them numerous awards, including the “People’s Choice” award.

Over the years, as Diyanni Homes completed their developments, they decided to concentrate solely on building custom homes on land owned by their customers. They knew the experience they gained developing land would play a big role in helping their customers prepare their property for the building process. Diyanni Homes has built thousands of high-quality homes that are “built to last a lifetime”.

We allow you to adjust your floor plan to fit your needs and the lifestyle you live. We have professional Design/Sales consultants ready to help you create your next home. We even allow you to bring your own floor plans!

We help to gather all of your land improvement costs upfront, and we will even manage this part of the process for you. Every home we build starts with an on-site consultation to help you understand and envision how your home will look once it’s completed.

Our color selection process is set up for you to do exactly that – it’s for you to CHOOSE YOUR COLORS, NOT A PLACE THAT FORCES YOU TO UPGRADE. We are excited to show you all the great products offered and help you select your favorites. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed while selecting your colors, not nervous or anxious, wondering how much more you’ll need to spend in order to make your house feel like a home.

When it comes to building a home, the most important part is the structure and protecting the structure from water intrusion. We believe that a quality-built home is the sum of all the materials used and the people involved who put the home together. We feel so strongly in the way we build our homes and the products we use, every home built has a 30-year structural warranty, along with many other LIFETIME warranties.
